At Black Arch Studio, we value your business and ask that you respect the studio’s scheduling and time. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. The 8-Hour Rule We require a minimum of 8 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to notify standby clients and fill the opening. Cancellation Fees • Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 8 hours' notice will forfeit your deposit. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit your deposit. How to Cancel To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointment via our booking portal at least 8 hours before your start time.
